Lead Mover (Foreman) + Warehouse Manager 

JessFinessed, one of Boston’s premier home staging companies, seeks an “MVP of Finesse” to join us in our Peabody, MA Headquarters and support our business growth  

This person will be responsible for loading & driving truck + overseeing 5-8 move ins (staging installations) / move outs (staging break downs)/ week (roughly 3 days on road).  In addition, this person will:

-work closely with the owner and founder to operationalize the business and to create an amazing “tone of service” for our valued customers.  

-oversee furniture tune-up & quality control of pieces + assemble new inventory as needed

-assist in hiring/ recruiting & training as-needed moving support staff 

-keep the warehouse in great working condition, packing and unpacking from installs

-pick-up furniture purchases locally

-assist owner/founder in estimating time, labor & cubic truck feet needed for a stage

Compensation Package:

Up to $35/ hour, part-time @ 35 hours/ week to start with additional incentives based on company performance.  Ability to evolve to full time + benefits for best fit person.

Must:

-ability to work in US

-valid drivers license
